Moose Creek Water Expansion

Overview

Project Description: Expansion of the North Pole city waterline to Moose Creek.

Project Summary: Excavation and construction of 6 miles of transmission water main between Moose Creek and North Pole and 12 miles of water distribution within Moose Creek including over 200 water services. Installation of auger-bored casings. Construction of a new pump house and 410,000-gallon water storage tank in Moose Creek. Upgrades to the City of North Pole well pumps and capacity of the Water Treatment Plant. Decommissioning of wells and removal of AF/temporary holding tanks and GAC treatment systems.
