The Badger Road project was one with many challenges, one of which was public outreach. HC’s effort and willingness to sit down and discuss the project in a public setting with those who utilize the road on a daily basis is just one example of the integrity and pride they put into the roadways they build throughout Alaska.

Throughout the Moose Creek Water Expansion project HC has been responsive to addressing the needs of the City, agencies, and property owners adjacent to the project. They have been proactive in working with the Engineer and the Owner to solve problems that showed up due to unknown conditions such as extreme high groundwater over the course of the project.
